Not necessarily. If you already have the equipment, we can install or configure it for you. If you’re unsure what to purchase, we can also help recommend equipment that fits your needs and budget. 

Yes. We can troubleshoot existing Wi-Fi networks, computers, smart-home devices, TVs, cameras, and other technology even if we did not originally install it. 

Yes. We can evaluate your current network and recommend options such as better router placement, mesh Wi-Fi, wired access points, Ethernet connections, or other upgrades depending on your home. 

Yes. We can install Ethernet connections for computers, TVs, access points, gaming systems, cameras, and other devices that benefit from a reliable wired connection. 

Yes. We can mount TVs, connect streaming devices and soundbars, organize cables, and help configure your entertainment setup. 

We can assist with many common smart-home products, including video doorbells, security cameras, smart locks, thermostats, lighting, speakers, smart displays, and other connected devices.

Yes. We can help with one-time issues as well as recurring technology needs for small businesses. The exact level of ongoing support can be discussed based on what your business needs.

Yes. We want you to be comfortable using your technology, so we’ll walk you through the basic operation of the equipment or system we install. 

We’ll do our best to identify compatibility issues before installation, but some older or proprietary equipment may have limitations. If we discover an issue, we’ll explain your options before moving forward.
